I had a great two-night stay at a wonderful hotel with a perfect location. The staff, especially Margarita and Melissa, were warm, friendly, and helpful. The balcony provided breathtaking views of the Mombacho Volcano and the Cathedral. Breakfast by the poolside, under a beautiful vine canopy, was a delightful experience. I also enjoyed the relaxing pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious rooms and helpful staff. Our family stayed in a well-equipped two-bedroom suite. the kitchen was modern and well equipped, and the living room was spacious. the hotel's location was convenient as it was within walking distance of a popular tourist area. the staff were generally helpful and friendly.
Pool was dirty and limited breakfast. the pool was dirty and the water didn't look clear.

We absolutely loved staying at this place! The apartments were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The location was perfect - situated in a residential area, it was in a quieter part of town, but still within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed spending time there. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem, nestled in a great location. the lake is just a stone's throw away from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy a morning by the water. the hotel is also close to everything and located in the Nicaraguan mountains, offering breathtaking views. Guests enjoy spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms with high-quality facilities. They love the friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and enjoyable pool.
Some guests have pointed out the limited space in some of the rooms.

Perfect romantic getaway. Beautiful pool surrounded by lovely gardens. Location close to city center and secure. Warm, helpful staff who arranged wonderful tours.
Limited breakfast options and small breakfast area. Room was slightly cramped for the price.

I loved the peaceful location of the hotel away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet close enough to reach the city center in 10 minutes by foot. The hotel facilities, including the lovely pool and the comfortable bed, were so relaxing that I felt like spending all day there. The breakfast served daily was fresh and delicious, making me feel energized and ready for the day's activities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
